6 MONTH FITTER FABRICATION COURSE
Training on Fabrication & fitting operations on metal components using hand tools and manually operated machines.
Training on simple manual cutting operations on carbon steels using oxy-fuel gas.
Manually weld low carbon and low alloy steels in simple welding positions using Metal Arc Welding / Shielded Metal Arc Welding.
Different types of conventional machine & tools.
Materials and properties.
Fabrication joining and fastening.
Advance measuring and marking tools.
Components quality standards criteria.
Metal forming & cutting operations.
Use basic health and safety practices at the workplace.
Organizational Context (Knowledge of the company / organization and its processes).
